OK, no. "コロンコロン、Koronkoron" is an onomatopoeic (or 擬音語、giongo) for the sound of a cylindrical object rolling, thus the shape of the snack. Ironically, though, Japanese do use just "koron" in katakana to represent the word "colon" but only in a non-technical manner. The usual term used would be "daicho (大腸)" I believe.
Looking at the package though, doesn't it make you want to stick your tongue in one of those and lick out the chocolate.
